General Assembly
On October 19th, 2017, we held the General Assembly of the student company Pomegranate. When the sufficient number of seats was taken in the audience, we were able to open the meeting with the presence of 76% of the shareholders.
The whole assembly started with the welcoming speech of Ladislav Čajko's, who took the role of an MC. The initial welcome was followed by an approval of the program and Romana Medveďová's proposal of by-laws. A very important part of the assembly was voting for the members of the company's management, in which the shareholders agreed unanimously. Júlia Molentová, as the president of the Pomegranate company, opened the presentation of the business plan and the Vice presidents of the each sector ensued. Also Alena Tkáčiková presented her part of the EWB plan.
All proposals have been successfully and unanimously approved. We would like to thank our shareholders for their participation and enthusiasm for our business plan, which they showed in an open discussion.

Valne zhromaždenie
Dňa 19. októbra 2017 v poobedňajších hodinách sa uskutočnilo valné zhromaždenie študentskej spoločnosti Pomegranate. Po dostatočnom vyplnení voľných miest v publiku, sme s účasťou 76% akcionárov mohli zhromaždenie úspešne otvoriť.
Po úvodnom privítaní moderátorom programu, pánom Ladislavom Čajkom, nasledovalo schválenie programu a predstavenie stanov našej firmy Romanou Medveďovou. Dôležitou súčasťou programu bolo tiež schválenie členov manažmentu firmy Pomegranate, na ktorom sa akcionári zhodli jednohlasne.
Júlia Molentová, prezidentka firmy, otvorila prezentáciu podnikateľského plánu a viceprezidenti jednotlivých odvetví ju nasledovali. K svojej časti podnikateľského plánu sa vyjadrila aj Alena Tkáčiková z oddelenia EWB.
Všetky návrhy boli úspešne a jednohlasne schválené. Akcionárom firmy by sme sa chceli nesmierne poďakovať za účasť a entuziazmus voči nášmu plánu, ktorý prejavili v otvorenej diskusii.
