Tímbilding prvákov

Naši prváci spolu s piatimi učiteľmi (triedne učiteľky, americkí lektori a školská spirituálka) strávili od 6. do 8. septembra 2017 tri dni v chate Hámor pri Kokave nad Rimavicou.
Žiaci boli informovaní nielen o školských pravidlách a vyučovacom procese na EGT, ale tiež to bol vhodný čas na stretnutia s novými spolužiakmi, na radosť z priateľstiev a vzájomnú podoporu na rôznych aktivitách, ktoré pre nich zorganizovali.
Študenti mali rozmýšľať o hlavnej téme svojho pobytu: vo svojich prvých dojmoch používať svoje zmysly a úsudok a neveriť žiadnym klebetám, ktoré snáď počuli.
Želáme našim prvákom, aby nová škola ovplyvnila nielen ich schopnosť zvládnuť veľa predmetov, ale tiež sa naučiť, čo je skutočný život. Dúfame, že v Tisovci nielen pobudnú, ale získajú tu aj zmysluplné vedomosti a skúsenosti.

Teambuilding of freshmen

Our freshmen together with 5 teachers (their class teachers, American lectors, and the school pastor) spent 3 days at the Hámor cottage near Kokava nad Rimavicou, from 6th to 8th September.
Students were not only informed about school rules and the teaching process at EGT, but it also was a wonderful time for meeting new classmates, enjoying friendships, and supporting each other by taking part in the different activities organized for them.
The students were asked to contemplate the main theme of their stay: that they should use their eyes and ears to be discerning in their first impressions and not to believe any gossip that they might hear.
To our first years, we wish that the new school would influence not just their ability to learn many subjects, but also to learn what real life means. We hope they will not only mingle in Tisovec, but will have a meaningful experience here.
