Prompt apology of unforeseen absence of a student in the classroom
Due to the frequent absences of the students, we upgraded the school rules in paragraph IV/4 on school attendance:
If the student can not participate on teaching for an unforeseen reason, his legal representative is obliged to report this fact immediately at the same day before 9:00 a.m. via SMS message to the specified phone number (0917 801 705).
The message must include: name and surname of the student, class and reason for absence. When the student returns to teaching he/she will submit a class teacher a written excuse signed by the legal representative or credible confirmation of the competent authority.
If the student forgets it, he/she may do so within three days after returning to school. After this deadline the written apology will not be accepted and the hours are counted as unexcused absences.
